Soon they lift up – the OSMA-Elevators in Pinggu. In the Chinese province Beijing one of the most modern elevator factories of the country has been build. In the future there are going to be more than 2000 Elevators build in one year, with German Technologies and German know-how.

Our Test Track is 48m long

The Heart of the Elevator Factory is the 48m high Test-Tower with five different Elevators. The Tower is for presentation, testing and developing different modern Elevator technologies.

Apart from the customer presentation the Test-Tower support the training of the own employees. That is one way how they can learn the mounting-techniques and the programming of the Controller for different Elevator-Types.

OSMA-Beijing becomes a Brand

All Elevators manufactured in China are getting the Label "OSMA". Because "Made in Germany" is still very estimated so that the Chinese investors choose the German Company "OSMA-Aufzüge Albert Schenk GmbH & Co. KG" as their partner.

Olympia 2008

OSMA-Beijing is going to draft an build Elevators in China after German licenses. The reason for the quick Start up are the Olympic-Games 2008 which take place in Beijing, and for these games there is a high need of Elevators expected.
